Writing a work summary is an important part of work; it involves reflecting on one’s work over the course of a year and planning for the future, as well as conducting a comprehensive analysis of oneself to gain a clearer understanding of who one is. Please share your work experiences from 2017, so that we can all experience the achievements of that year together! Campaign slogan 2017 – I share, I’m happy! ! ! Event period: December 7, 2017 – February 28, 2018. How to participate: 1. Post a thread in any section of the [Mechanical Equipment Area] (the Equipment Reliability section is preferred). The thread should be formatted as “2017 Annual Work Summary – XXXX”, for example: 2017 Annual Work Summary – Team Leader, 2017 Annual Work Summary – Field Operator for a certain position, 2017 Annual Work Summary – Engineer for a certain role, and so on. 2. Be sure to include in the title an indication of your major or the position you hold in your industry, so that people know what type of summary it is. 3. It must be original; images can be included. 4. Each UID may submit no more than three entries, with the entry that receives the most votes being the one chosen. Evaluation Rules 1. Posts submitted by participants will be evaluated by members of the “Haichuan Event Execution Team”, with voting being used for the evaluation. 2. The posts being evaluated must meet the format requirements of the campaign, with a length of at least 100 words. 3. The event execution team conducts voting based on the quality of the content. For fairness, this voting will be conducted through two rounds of alternating voting. (1) First, the “Kaichuan Event Organizing Team” conducts voting to select the “top 20” best posts. (2) Second, the “Kaichuan Final Review Committee” selects the “top 9” best posts from those 20. (3) The first, second, and third prizes are awarded in order of descending vote count. (Judges cannot vote for themselves!) ) (4) In the event of a tie, the event execution team or the regional manager will provide their opinion. Event Rewards 1. Ranking Awards: The top 100 posts rated as qualified will receive a free \"2018 Haichuan Premium Calendar\". 2. Recommendation Award: Even if a post is not among the top 100 winners, posts recommended by members of the event organizing team (with reasons for recommendation provided) will also receive a copy of the 2018 calendar. 3. Regional Award: After the event ends, the region with the highest number of posts will receive an additional 500 Haichuan coins + 1 reputation point as a reward. 4. Forum Work Awards: First Prize (1 winner): 1 pair of headphones, plus 1000 Haichuan coins awarded to the community where the post was posted. Second Prize (3 winners): 1 Xiaomi router, plus 500 Haichuan coins awarded to the community where the post was posted. Third Prize (5 winners): 1 Xiaomi kettle, plus 200 Haichuan coins awarded to the community where the post was posted.
