Regarding transformer oil

There are three grades of domestically produced transformer oil, namely 10#, 25#, and 45# transformer oil. Recently, it was observed that on the nameplates of transformers manufactured by Zhejiang Sanbian Technology, some indicate \"25# transformer oil\" while others specify \"Ⅰ-20℃\" (all of these transformers have a capacity of 4000 kVA). I would like to ask those with more experience: the freezing point of 25# transformer oil is not higher than -25℃, so has it somehow changed to -20℃ now? Do these two different identification methods have other meanings as well?

Your standard is the old one; the new standard specifies several grades for transformer oil, namely 0#, -10#, -20#, -30#, and -40#. You can refer to the new standard GB/T2536-2012
