Customers of conventional drive roller conveyors usually request DC variable-frequency speed control. By speed control, what is meant is the adjustment of the speed. Many users assume that the speed can be adjusted to any value, but this is not the case; there is a limit to speed adjustment. Depending on the maximum speed selected, the range of possible speeds also varies. For conveyors with a normal speed of 15 meters per minute, the speed adjustment range is typically between 5 and 15 meters per minute. 2. The denser the rollers on a power roller conveyor, the greater its load-bearing capacity. Theoretically, for drums of the same specification, the denser they are, the greater their load-bearing capacity will be. However, manufacturers generally determine the optimal drum spacing based on the dimensions and net weight of the product specified by the customer, and then purchase drums with diameters and shaft diameters that match these specifications. That will achieve the best cost-performance ratio. It is not a simple data encryption drum. 3. For powered roller conveyors, stainless steel rollers are not the most ideal choice. Many users prefer using stainless steel drums, as they feel that such drums are more durable and have better load-bearing capacity. If we consider only the load-bearing aspect, the actual performance of stainless steel drums and carbon steel drums is similar; however, carbon steel drums have a textured surface that results in lower sliding friction when transporting items, whereas stainless steel drums do not possess this feature. In general, when purchasing a power roller conveyor, one should not rely on personal biases; instead, it is important to communicate closely with the manufacturer to ensure that a power roller conveyor with the best cost-performance ratio is acquired.
