Does the centrifuge have breathing holes?

In the workshop, there are three-legged centrifuges with lids; there is a hole at the edge of the viewing window. The workshop supervisor said it’s a breathing hole, but I think it’s a passage for using solvents to clean the glass.
The channel for cleaning the glass isn’t very reliable~~ The vacuum-proof breathing hole, on the other hand, is reliable~~
I asked the manufacturer, and as mentioned above, they are cleaning holes for the glass.
It should be the breather hole of the fuel tank; as for the type of fuel tank, it varies – some are located at the bottom of the equipment, while others are in the bearing housing.
It’s the one with the red circle, but this hole has been blocked; the centrifuge rotates for a long time, such as three hours. It will get hot. And without blockages, the situation will be much better.
