Specific installation steps before testing with a moisture analyzer: (1) Fill the drying tube with blue silica gel beads and insert a stopper with a small notch. Note: The tubing of the desiccator tube must maintain a certain degree of air permeability and cannot be completely sealed, otherwise it can lead to danger! (2) Insert the milky white silicone pad into the stopcock and screw in the fastening studs evenly. (3) Carefully insert the stirrer into the electrolytic cell through the sampling port. (4) Apply a even layer of vacuum grease to the sealing surfaces of the measurement electrode, electrolysis electrode, drying tube, and sampling port stopcock respectively. After assembling these components into the electrolysis cell, turn it gently to ensure a good seal. (5) Pour approximately 120–150 milliliters of electrolyte into the anode chamber of the electrolytic cell using a clean, dry funnel (or a fluid transfer device), and similarly pour it into the cathode chamber using a funnel (or a fluid transfer device) via the seal on the electrolyte electrode, so that the liquid level of the electrolyte in the cathode chamber is roughly at the same height as that in the anode chamber. After completion, apply a even layer of vacuum grease to the sealing plugs of the electrolytic cell and the electrolytic electrodes, then install them in their respective positions; turn them gently to ensure a proper seal. After completing the above steps, place the electrolytic cell in its holder, and insert the electrolyte electrode connection cable with the RCA plug as well as the measurement electrode connection cable into the respective interfaces for the electrolyte electrodes and measurement electrodes. Thus, the instrument installation is complete.
