The safety operating standards for chain plate conveyors are set of procedures designed to ensure that operators of such conveyors can operate them in a safe, accurate, standardized, and efficient manner. These procedures specify the operational standards for chain conveyor operators at various stages such as startup, operation, and shutdown. Safety operating standards for chain plate conveyors: 1. During normal operation, if an unexpected situation arises on a chain plate conveyor, it is necessary to shut down the machine immediately before taking any action to address the issue ; 2. During the operation of the chain conveyor, never insert any foreign objects or hands/feet into the path of the chains, as this can lead to serious safety accidents ; 3. When routine maintenance is required for chain conveyor systems, it is necessary to carry out the work with the machine stopped, and the power supply to the chain drive must be cut off; a stop sign should be hung at the power supply location. Under no circumstances should maintenance be performed while the chain drive is in operation ; 4. It is prohibited to touch the conductive components of the chain conveyor directly, as this may lead to electric shock ; 5. When placing the workpiece (fixture plate) on the chain conveyor, it should be placed gently in the center of the conveyor, taking care to avoid any forceful impacts that could damage the chain conveyor.
