With the acceleration of the domestic market economy, in order to meet various consumer demands, industrial enterprises in different production sectors choose different conveyor components depending on the type of products they produce. Industrial enterprises can select appropriate conveyor components based on the chosen components as well as the conveying capacity of the conveyors. Due to the varying production environments of manufacturing enterprises, the design of roller conveyors differs as well. This system enables safe and smooth access to each production line, and it allows all pallets carrying materials to be moved in a continuous cycle through designated entrances once production instructions are issued by the production management system. At each entrance of the roller conveyor, the operators responsible for the production process must follow the production plan, placing different types of materials into separate pallet boxes according to their categories. Afterwards, they use handheld barcode laser scanners to enter the barcodes on those pallet boxes into the production management system, thereby facilitating easy tracking by the automated logistics control system. The proper use of roller conveyor equipment can significantly improve the working environment in industrial production, reduce the workload of workers involved in loading and unloading materials, enable automation and mechanization of production processes, and make the operations within distribution centers more efficient and systematic. This, in turn, helps to increase the efficiency of material delivery, reduce logistics costs, and enhance the adaptability and responsiveness of distribution centers.
