Screw air compressor has become an indispensable key equipment in modern factories, and its operation status is directly related to the production order and operating costs of the enterprise. We often encounter various problems during the management of air compressors. For example, if we forget to turn off the air compressor during shutdown, causing energy waste, how should we supervise it? For example, if the air compressor alarms and shuts down, causing the entire production line to stop production, how can we predict it in advance? In fact, through remote monitoring of air compressors, we can solve these problems without being unattended. To monitor the air compressor, "micro-monitoring" has already been done. Several conditions need to be met before we can plan a "micro-monitoring" online monitoring system for you. 1. If your air compressor controller has 485 communication function, you need to ask the air compressor manufacturer or dealer for the communication protocol. Then install a set of DTU (wireless data transmission equipment) provided by us, and through simple registration, the online monitoring function can be realized. 2. If your air compressor controller does not have 485 communication function, or cannot provide communication protocols, don’t worry, we have already thought of a solution for you. While we provide DTU (wireless data transmission equipment), we can also provide you with a dedicated control system for air compressors with good performance, which can completely solve your worries. How does the online monitoring system realize the monitoring function? It can collect all valuable parameters on the controller and then send them to our mobile terminal. We only need our mobile phone to know the operating status of the air compressor. 1. Regular maintenance information: Some air compressors come with built-in differential pressure sensors for the air filter, oil filter and oil content. When the differential pressure exceeds the limit value, it can be automatically transmitted to the mobile phone. Some air compressors are maintained according to time. The maintenance time can be set on the mobile phone, and it can be automatically transferred to the mobile phone after the operating time is reached. Good maintenance can prevent the screw protection fluid from deteriorating, prevent the filter element from being clogged and causing poor equipment operation, and avoid fuel injection accidents caused by oil failure. 2. Fault alarm information: Air compressors generally have built-in temperature sensors that can monitor motor temperature, host temperature, and even bearing temperature and ambient temperature. These temperature signals can be automatically transmitted to the mobile phone. We can set a temperature lower than the shutdown temperature on the mobile phone to predict and avoid equipment shutdown caused by high temperature. Air compressors generally come with voltage sensors, current sensors, pressure sensors, and some air compressors even have vibration sensors. By setting alarm parameters in the same way as temperature alarms, most equipment shutdown failures can be avoided. 3. Supervision of air compressor use: Air compressors are energy-consuming equipment, consuming tens to hundreds of kilowatt hours per hour. Simply relying on the inverter can save part of the energy. If you monitor it from the start-up time, it can play a better role. Through the mobile phone, you can see whether the air compressor is on or off, and you can also view the historical power on and off time through the operating curve graph. With the records of these parameters, we only need to ask those people who often "forget" to shut down their computers to give reasonable explanations, and even conduct some small assessments. I believe that we will be able to prevent them from turning on their computers during non-working periods.
