Recently, Lu’an Huaji successfully won the bid for the order of core equipment for the 2 billion cubic meter coal-to-natural gas project in Zhundong, operated by the Energy Group’s Western Energy division. This project involves the construction of the country’s largest diameter coal gasification furnace using pressurized gasification (SDG furnace), representing a key breakthrough in Lu’an Huaji’s strategic approach to the gasification furnace market. It underscores once again the authoritative recognition of the company’s leadership in the field of gasification equipment manufacturing. **As a large-scale coal-to-natural gas project with an annual capacity to convert 16.12 million tons of raw coal, the procurement of gasifier equipment for the Energy Zhundong Project has attracted significant attention in the industry. The 6 Saiding furnaces won by Lu’an Huaji have a weight of 297 tons each; their designed operating temperature is 280°C and the pressure is 5.1 MPa. They are made of 13MnNiMoR material, and with a diameter of 5 meters, they represent the largest coal gasification furnaces of their kind in China at present.
