A flexible conveyor is a combined three-dimensional conveying system that features agility, light weight, aesthetics, compactness, quiet operation, and no pollution. Of course, with regard to the safety, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of the operation of flexible conveyor equipment, such devices are generally equipped with protective mechanisms that enable starting and stopping in emergency situations, thereby ensuring production safety as well as the safety of personnel. Next, let’s take a look at the issues related to starting and stopping: 1. Under normal circumstances, a flexible conveyor should be started with no load ； 2. When several flexible conveyors are installed in sequence, we should use start-up devices that can be locked, so that they can be started and stopped in a specified order from the control room ； 3. At the same time, to prevent unexpected accidents, we also need to install start and stop buttons for each flexible conveyor ； 4. The conveyor belt of a flexible conveyor may sometimes tear longitudinally for certain reasons. To prevent such incidents, when the length of the flexible conveyor exceeds 30 meters, we install stop buttons along the entire length of the conveyor line at regular intervals.
