Enhancing quality awareness to promote high-quality development. ----------------------------------------- On August 8, 2023, at the Zhangjiagang Gangxin Wharf, a massive device measuring 100 meters in length, weighing over 1,300 tons, with a storage capacity of 3,500 cubic meters, was ready for shipment. It was set to be sent to the project site. This device is a cover tank designed and manufactured by Furui Heavy Equipment. Since the materials for this project arrived, Furui Heavy Equipment’s team has worked closely with the client and the general contractor to meet the required standards and precision levels. They held numerous meetings on design, procurement, technology, quality control, material supply, and production, working together to ensure that the equipment was manufactured to high standards, in line with project management requirements, special equipment manufacturing standards, and the client’s deadline requirements. This demonstrates Furui Heavy Equipment’s excellent management skills in the field of pressure vessel manufacturing. For this project, Furui Heavy Equipment manufactured a total of 4 3,500-cubic-meter liner tanks, two of which are the world’s first land-based ethylene liner tanks made from 9Ni material.
