Equipped with a range of fracturing equipment such as fluid supply systems, mixing units, and sand mixing devices, it is capable of carrying out efficient and large-scale fracturing operations at sea. It is the first of its kind in China to be a fully integrated large-scale fracturing vessel, filling a gap in the field of fracturing technology and engineering for offshore oil fields in the country. 　　Construction of this fracturing ship began in November 2024, and after 5 months of intensive and orderly work, tasks such as module assembly, hull joining, and installation of the main equipment were completed. 　　“After the launch of the Haiyang Oil 696, mooring tests will be carried out in an orderly manner, including individual unit testing and system testing. High-load operating conditions will be simulated to evaluate the mooring forces under different dock depths and tidal variations, and the synchronization of data collection will be calibrated, with a view to facilitating the translation of research results into practical applications on board ships.
