Turn on the power switch, and the main interface will appear on the touchscreen. At this point, tapping anywhere will take you to the main menu. 2. Fill the six test cups with the test solution and place them on the cup holders. Meanwhile, prepare another container containing a certain amount of the same solution. Insert the temperature sensing probe into the socket on the side of the machine, and place the temperature sensing element in the separate solution; it is necessary to keep the temperature sensing element submerged in the solution throughout the operation. 4. On the main menu screen, click the “Switch Between Chinese and English” button to switch between the two languages. 5. On the main menu screen, click the “Run” button to display the “Current Settings” screen ； 6. Click the “Operation Mode” button: Select the operation mode – synchronous operation or independent operation ； 7. Click the “Cup Type” button: Select the cup type: 1-liter round cup, 0.5-liter round cup, or square cup ； 8. After selecting the settings, click the “OK” button to proceed to the next step. 9. Click the “Lower” button; the stirring rod and blades will stop automatically once they reach their desired position. 10. Add the test medication solution to the test tube and click the “OK” button to proceed to the next step. 11. At this point, the stored program number can be entered as needed. 12. Click the “OK” button to proceed to the next step; the LCD screen will then display the program list. Press the “Start Running” button to confirm initiation. 13. During the mixing procedure, the LCD screen dynamically displays the progress of the procedure, with various data shown in a scrolling format. The time is displayed in countdown format. The LCD screen simultaneously displays the remaining time for mixing, the rotation speed, the G-value, and the temperature. 14. When synchronous stirring is completed, the stirring rod and blades rise automatically, and sedimentation begins. A buzzer gives a signal at the end of precipitation, and the LCD display shows the GT value. According to the instructions on the LCD screen, you can choose to restart this program or return to run another program. Click the “Stop Alarm” button to stop the buzzer alert. 15. During operation, clicking the ‘Reset’ button will immediately stop the process and return to the main menu. II. Operation mode settings (Synchronous mode settings/Asynchronous mode settings) ★Steps for setting synchronous mode: 1. On the main menu screen, click the “Run” button to display the “Current Settings” screen ； 2. Click the “Operation Mode” button: Select the operation mode: Synchronous operation ； 3. Click the “Cup Type” button: Select the cup type: 1-liter round cup, 0.5-liter round cup, or square cup ； 4. Select the number of mixing shafts to operate synchronously: Click on ‘1’ to ‘6’ respectively to decide whether the 1st to 6th shafts should start operating synchronously ； All is selected by default. 5. After selecting the settings, click the “Confirm” button, and the screen will go to the program input page. 6. Enter the program number, press the ‘Enter’ key, then press ‘Enter’ again; the mixing shaft will then start executing the program until it is completed. ★Steps to set asynchronous mode: 1. On the main menu screen, press the “Run” button; this will display the “Current Settings” screen ； 2. Click the “Operation Mode” button: Select the operation mode as Standalone Operation. 3. After selecting the settings, press the “OK” button, and the screen will go to the program page. 4. Click on the program number corresponding to each stirrer head in sequence to enter the program number required for each stirrer head. After entering it, press the “OK” button to proceed to the next step. Follow the instructions to lower the stirrer shaft, then click the “OK” button to enter the program interface. 5. According to the requirements of the experiment, click on windows numbered ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’, ‘4’, ‘5’, ‘6’ respectively, and the stirrers numbered ‘1’, ‘2’, ‘3’, ‘4’, ‘5’, ‘6’ will start working. Press ‘1’ to start ‘1’ unit ； Press ‘2’ to activate the ‘2’ units ； Press ‘3’ to activate the ‘3’ units ； And so on. During operation, as required by the experiments, one can touch the area where the corresponding working head is located at any time to stop its stirring action. All stirrers can be started or stopped simultaneously using the “Start All” and “Stop All” buttons on the interface. 6. Once all independent programs have finished running, the buzzer will emit a sound to indicate the extraction result. Click the “Stop Alarm” button to stop the buzzer from operating.
