The waste heat from the flue gas of the alkali recovery furnace is used to heat the inlet water temperature of the boiler. The finned tube economizer did not operate for even half a year before severe ash accumulation and leaks occurred; is there any effective solution for this problem?

Internal corrosion or external corrosion?
