The cooling coil of the second stage in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in the petrochemical industry suffers from excessive scale formation on the inner wall of the tube bundle on the circulating water side due to the high temperature of this stage (130 degrees), which undermines the cooling efficiency of the cooler. As shown in the figure below, it is recommended to apply a coating on the circulating water side for corrosion protection.
It is recommended to apply anti-corrosion coating to the tube bundle on the circulating water side in order to reduce scale accumulation and improve cooling efficiency. .
