Foreign material 304 does not take intergranular corrosion into account! Why?

I saw some materials state this; does anyone who knows about it know?
It’s important to consider where it was viewed; it’s likely that 304 will become sensitive at high temperatures, so intergranular corrosion needs to be taken into account

I’m not sure which 304 you are referring to; some of them may have a lower carbon content, which results in less susceptibility to intergranular corrosion
