Hastelloy G30 can be considered; it is a material developed specifically for use in high-temperature sulfuric acid environments
Quartz glass is recommended, as it offers excellent corrosion resistance to sulfuric acid at all concentrations, and can be used for extended periods at high temperatures (800°C).
Quartz glass and silicon carbide are fragile; it’s better to use Ultra76. The initial investment is higher, but it pays off in the long run!
