Pipeline: Medium, reduced pressure and temperature; 185°C temperature and 0.54 MPa pressure. This tube bundle consists of high-efficiency heat-exchange threaded tubes; during maintenance, it was found that the threaded tubes were severely clogged, preventing them from performing their role efficiently.
If the heat exchanger tube bundle is not used properly, it may lead to severe coking, affecting the heat exchange efficiency. First, it is necessary to check whether the quality of the crude oil and the operating conditions of the tube bundle are suitable for using threaded tubes. At the same time, consider whether adjustments to the operating parameters or cleaning and maintenance of the tube bundle are necessary to ensure the effective operation of the heat exchanger. .
