Our company currently needs to install a set of equipment for treating mixed acid (comprising approximately 5% nitric acid, 58% phosphoric acid, and 15% acetic acid), using negative-pressure distillation at an operating temperature of around 80 degrees Celsius. May I ask, what material should be chosen under these operating conditions? ? ? Titanium components generally need to be replaced once every six months. 316L is completely unsuitable. I wonder if it is feasible to spray HALAI or other anti-corrosion materials? ? ? Urgently needed, thank you all, fellow sailors.
Organic fiberglass-reinforced plastic can resist acids and alkalis. However, the best option would be resin material.
What methods do you use for monitoring these various mixed online concentrations?

The corrosion resistance of acid-resistant enamel in various media is as follows: Nitric acid: at any concentration, at temperatures of 25–100°C, its corrosion resistance is excellent. Phosphoric acid: at any concentration, at temperatures of 25–50°C, its corrosion resistance is excellent; at temperatures of 80–100°C, it has good corrosion resistance. Acetic acid: at any concentration, at temperatures of 25–100°C, its corrosion resistance is excellent. Wang water: at temperatures of 25–100°C, its corrosion resistance is excellent. Well, things like enamel, graphite, silicon nitride, silicon carbide – pretty amazing materials. In terms of price, graphite and enamel are still cheaper.

Enameled surfaces are only suitable for environments with a pH of 2-12. This operating condition of ours definitely won’t work
