Is there anyone who specializes in enamel surface treatment for thin, high-temperature applications? Is there any manufacturer capable of producing an enamel coating with a thickness of 20μ? I have only seen research papers of this type, but I can’t find any manufacturers capable of producing it; they all produce materials with a thickness of 100μ or more. Thank you!
20um is really thin – typically, wet powder coating results in a thickness of 1.0 to 2.0 mm. Is your process electrostatic spraying? I’ve heard of coatings with a thickness of 0.6 mm, but I’ve never heard of anyone being able to achieve such a thin layer
With such a thin thickness, what is its industrial value?
It’s too thin. What use is this? 0.02mm thick anti-corrosion coating isn’t reliable, is it?
