During spraying, these problems are quite serious; they significantly affect the quality of the spray coating, resulting in an unsightly finish and waste of raw materials. This issue was observed in a real spraying factory, and it is likely a problem that affects many such factories. After conducting various investigations, including checking the quality of the paint as well as the levels of water and oil, it was found that the problem was caused by residual oil in the compressed air. Therefore, our company’s advanced compressor air degreasing solution was recommended to the manufacturer. However, this device has not yet been put into use, and updates on its effectiveness will be provided going forward. There is another case related to coating as well; coating and spraying involve the use of compressed air in similar ways. Below is an example from a manufacturer who managed to resolve the issue – at first, they did not pay attention to water removal, which is the problem shown in the first image below: numerous bubbles. There were defects, but after using our company’s products and implementing the corresponding solutions, the problems were easily resolved. The image following shows the result after oil and water removal. http://bbs.coatingol.com/data/attachment/forum/202007/31/173140rg0l8l1lo8j60fpf.jpg.thumb.jpg http://bbs.coatingol.com/data/attachment/forum/202007/31/173356xe3nf314q8n9818z.jpg.thumb.jpg Many small workshops and enterprises do not pay attention to these issues, thinking that the amount of water and oil in the air is not significant and therefore has little impact. It might not pose a problem in the initial stages, but various problems will gradually emerge later on. Attempting to fix things at that point requires more time, resources, and money.
Although there is an element of promotional content, the significance of promoting technology outweighs that of the promotional aspects; thank you for sharing!
Thank you for acknowledging it; it’s also a description of a fact – many people in the spraying industry do face such difficulties, though they don’t know the reasons behind them.
Thank you for answering everyone’s questions; sharing knowledge is a joy. I have always believed that there is a philosophy at HaiChuan that we should promote: learning together and improving together!
