May I ask, dear colleagues, what are the differences between nickel-based alloys 8810, 800H, and 8120? It would be best to provide a detailed explanation

The HYNES HR120 is the same as N 08120; the unified steel grade for INCOLOY800H is N08810. List the physical and mechanical properties of two high-nickel materials.

Mechanical Properties of N08800, N08810, N08811 ASME SB408: For N08800, hot-finished and annealed, minimum tensile strength is 80 ksi (550 MPa) and 75 ksi (515 MPa); minimum yield strength is 35 ksi (240 MPa) and 30 ksi (205 MPa). The minimum elongation over a length of 2” (50 mm) is 25% and 30%, respectively. Typical hardness values are 198 HB (93 HRB) for N08800 and 138 HB (76 HRB) for N08810 and N08811. Fatigue strength is 51 ksi (352 MPa) for N08800, 75 ksi (515 MPa) for N08810, and 32 ksi (221 MPa) for N08811
Based on its composition, 8120 has better high-temperature resistance.
