In situations where wastewater contains a high amount of solid particles, is highly corrosive, and has high temperatures (reaching up to 120°C), acid-resistant block materials are generally used for construction as a solution. The corrosion-resistant building materials chosen include acid-resistant bricks and various types of corrosion-resistant stones such as granite and quartz. The main component of these materials is silicon dioxide, which gives them excellent acid resistance. Additionally, due to their dense structure, they have a low water absorption rate and good wear resistance. Its construction process and key points: 1. When laying the paving stones, the surface of the base layer should be evenly coated with a sealing compound; the stones should then be laid after the compound has cured. In some cases, a glass isolation layer can be used at the base level; in such cases, it is advisable to apply a coat of the same adhesive as that used for the lining first, before laying the blocks. 2. The thickness of the bond layer between blocks, the width of the grout joints, and the dimensions of the grouting or joint sealing shall all comply with the design specifications. 3. The blocks should be arranged in a trial layout before paving ； The sequence of paving should be from low to high, starting with pits and trenches, followed by the floor surface and baseboards or skirtings. At recessed corners, the vertical tiles should cover the horizontal tiles, while at protruding corners, the horizontal tiles should cover the vertical tiles. There should be no cross seams in the tile layout, and no overlapping seams between layers of tiles.
