The brush-based online descaling system utilizes German technology and is currently the most effective and reliable method for online descaling of heat exchangers and condensers in China. The components of this device include: a cleaning brush, a water flow direction control valve, and a control electrical box – a total of 3 parts, making it easy to install. This device does not alter the inlet and outlet piping of existing heat exchange equipment; instead, it installs a directional valve in front of the heat exchanger. This directional valve briefly reverses the direction of the circulating water flow to the heat exchanger before returning to its original position, thereby pushing the brush that is pre-installed at the end of the pipe to move back and forth inside the tube bundle, thus cleaning the inner walls of the tube bundle. A cleaning process takes only 15-30 seconds. The number of cleaning cycles per day is set by the user and controlled by the computer. This device enables 100% prevention and cleaning of scale in heat exchangers and condensers, eliminating the need for maintenance for 5–7 years and completely freeing one from the heavy manual labor involved
