No standard specifies how this value should be determined – whether to include the insulation around the pipes, the weight of the fluid, or the weight of water during pressure testing
The calculation should refer to the total weight of the pipeline, which includes the weight of the pipeline itself, the insulation material, and the water filled within it

It’s impossible to determine whether the weight of this pipe refers to its total weight or just the weight of the steel tube itself. What the person above meant is that you should analyze it based on the instructions and other relevant information
