An error occurs when generating ISO from Plant 3D

In the 2023 version of Plant 3D, errors occur when generating ISO files; even for a simple straight pipe, errors appear. What’s going on?
There are many possible reasons for this error. 1. Ensure that the version of software being used matches the required version. Check if the software needs an update. 2. Check if your model has any errors, such as disconnected connections or invalid pipeline paths. If there are errors, please fix the model and regenerate the ISO. 3. Ensure your computer has sufficient storage space and memory to handle the tasks required for model generation. 4. Try using other options to generate the ISO. You can try different settings and options, such as changing the output format, modifying the output path, or selecting another output type. If the above methods still cannot resolve your issue, contact Autodesk support.
