Is there anyone who can guide me through using Aspen Plus when it’s not possible to obtain crystals in the crystallizer?

I would like to ask if any expert can give some guidance on why sulfuric acid AN cannot be crystallized in the crystallizer. . . I checked using sensitivity analysis, and crystallization does not occur even at very low temperatures.
Nickel sulfate is used. The question now is whether nickel sulfate solution will yield hydrated nickel sulfate when subjected to evaporation crystallization.
If it is continuous evaporation crystallization, the crystallizer temperature and pressure can be adjusted based on the amount of product to be produced, and crystals should form; but I don’t know why:(
