Seeking help with Aspen Plus compressor simulation issues

In heat pump simulation, when setting the compressor, the phase state can be selected in convergence. I read Aspen’s book on compressor simulation, and it didn’t offer this phase state either; vapor-liquid was used by default. I’d like to ask the experts, do we need to make a choice here? If so, how exactly is it determined whether to use vapor-liquid or vapor-only?
OP, I’ve been doing heat pump simulations recently as well. Can we exchange ideas?
