How to annotate numbered items with circles in CAD

Does CAD have a way to add numbered labels with circles? If any expert knows the answer, please let me know
Create a block, and there are also other plugins and software available; specifically, what type of annotation are you working on? Axis number?
I’d like to talk about CAD; I wonder if there are any people who are interested in learning the basic operations and design aspects.
I want to learn·········· I’m a beginner and have just started to understand some basic concepts of CAD, such as lines and circles. Please advise me on how to learn CAD. The work I do these days hardly requires CAD, so I want to improve myself by learning *CAD drawing.
