In the Recycle module, mass is conserved but energy is not

The process flow was simulated using HYSYS; all other parts converged successfully, but in the recycle section, mass conservation was maintained while energy conservation was not. Since HYSYS was used for the simulation on an ad-hoc basis, many aspects were not clear. In actual operation, the Recycle module at this location was not utilized. The sensitivity setting was set to the default value of 10. I would like to ask everyone: what problem does this lack of energy conservation indicate? How should it be handled? Increasing the sensitivity value can eliminate this problem, but I don’t think it’s the correct solution.
I don’t know what’s going on; after adjusting one of the values, the heat in the recycle section was conserved again……
