Seeking advice on the issue of failed PDMS import

Today, I created a model using PDMS 12.1 single-machine version and tried to import it into a system that uses version 12, but the import failed. The error message is as shown in the picture. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Components can be created using PDMS version 12.0, exported as TXT files, and then compared to see if there are any differences. I used OPENSTEEL in PDMS12.1 to import an SNDF file, then used DB to export it as 1.TXT, and tried to import that file into PDMS12 – an error occurred. I compared it with 2.TXT, which was exported by PDMS12. It was found that the following contents were added to 1.TXT: 1. Delete: :SDNFSTATUS ‘ADDED’ :SDNFEMARK ‘0’ :SDNFMGRADE ‘Steel, carbon’ :SDNFTRRVNO ‘_.1’ :SDNFREVNO 1 :SDNFITIME ‘10:28’ :SDNFIDATE ‘10 Jun 2019’ :SDNFHOLD 1. 2. Delete PDNAME unset. 3. Delete OLD SCTN 1 of SBFRAMEWORK 1 of FRMWORK 1 of STRUCTURE 1 of ZONE 1 of SITE /ImportStore MATR SOLID /STEEL-C. 4. Delete INPUT END STRUCTURE 1 of ZONE 1 of SITE /ImportStore INPUT FINISH. Additionally, note that since PDMS12.1 is an upgrade from PDMS12, there are issues with some commands or referenced data not being consistent. Therefore, the relevant database of PDMS12.1 can be copied to PDMS12. The above experiences are for reference only.
