64-bit Windows 7: Group installation of ASPEN 8.6

My computer runs 64-bit Windows 7; which 64-bit version of the Net Framework and SQL should I install? Thank you. I want to install Aspen8.6, but the files do not contain those two files, so I need to install them myself. I don’t know how to install it; please help. The computer already has Microsoft .NET Framework NGEN v2.0.50727_X64 installed; is it still necessary to download NET FRAMEWORK? Seek guidance to overcome difficulties. .
If your file is an installation package, it comes included; it’s available in the 3rd Party Redistributables folder
