Regarding dynamic simulation of water discharge tanks

There is a water tank with air intake at the top and water outlet at the bottom; it shows how long it takes to empty the water. No matter what the capacity of the water tank is, there are significant fluctuations when the liquid level reaches 5% remaining; thereafter, the volumetric flow rate of the liquid increases while the mass flow rate decreases. It seems that air is getting mixed in, but I don’t want that to happen. What should I do? Does anyone know which default value has not been changed? ! I looked everywhere, but couldn’t find 5%:@
