The dimethyl ether gas generated in the workshop is deeply cooled using liquid nitrogen and then prepared as fuel; once vaporized, it is sent to the RTO unit for combustion. Question: How is a vaporization device designed? How are pressure and flow controlled to stabilize combustion?
It is recommended to engage a design firm with qualifications in chemical engineering and gas design; the performance of the RTO burner should also be taken into consideration
