The gas-phase pipeline in the evaporation system is blocked, but not completely sealed, which affects the negative pressure. Does anyone have any good methods to address this issue without reducing the load or shutting down the system?

If the gas-phase pipe is blocked, it could be due to an excessive load, poor flow of liquid in the liquid-phase pipe, inadequate separation and defoaming, or too high negative pressure. It is necessary to analyze the root causes in order to resolve the issue properly. If that’s not possible, it is recommended to add a flushing pipe and install dual valves to flush the gas phase pipeline every few hours; practical experience shows that this will have no impact on the system, the load, or the product.
This part is the only challenge in urea production; strengthening the flushing of this area is necessary during normal production processes
Control the flow rate of the two liquid streams properly, so that they keep flowing continuously. This problem can definitely be solved.
