On March 31, Zhongyuan Dahuahua held a ceremony to mark the trial run of its vehicle urea solution project. With bucket after bucket of urea solution for use in vehicles being packaged and ready for shipment, it marks the successful completion of the first trial run for Zhongyuan Dahua’s project aimed at producing 100,000 tons of such urea solution per year. The successful trial operation of the vehicle urea solution project signifies that another market-competitive product from the Puyang industrial park of Henan Energy is about to be launched on the market, marking an important step in adjusting the product portfolio of the Puyang park and addressing its sources of losses. It is understood that this project represents an important attempt by the Puyang Industrial Park to upgrade its natural gas chemical industry chain, integrate its existing resources, make use of underutilized resources, and promote joint ventures and structural reforms among enterprises. It is one of the quick-to-implement, environmentally friendly projects aimed at extending the natural gas chemical industry chain in the Puyang Industrial Park; the capacity of the first phase of this project is 100,000 tons per year. This project took advantage of the technical and experiential strengths of the joint venture to optimize and upgrade existing domestic processes, thereby enabling the rapid establishment of the vehicle urea solution production facility. The fully sealed pipeline transportation, integrated, and automated production processes used in the production line are at a high level in China. The vehicle urea solution products produced by Zhongyuan Dahua are made from natural gas as raw material. Compared with urea produced from coal, they offer advantages such as advanced manufacturing processes, a high degree of automation, stable quality parameters, and high product purity (low levels of biuret, insoluble substances, and metal ions, with almost zero sulfur content). All their specifications exceed the current standards for vehicle urea solutions**, giving them a strong competitive edge in the market.
