The ammonia synthesis compressor oil-water separator must be drained hourly, with the waste fluid being sent to an oil collection tank; the outlet of this tank leads directly to the atmosphere. Assuming the pressure in the oil-water separator is 22 Mpa and the drain pipe has a diameter of DN10, how can the maximum flow rate of wastewater be calculated if the valve is accidentally opened fully and then forgotten to be closed?
