Yunnan Xiangfeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to mark the full operation of this expanded ammonia synthesis project. On May 30, a grand ceremony was held to mark the full commissioning of the expansion project for Yunnan Xiangfeng Petrochemical Co., Ltd.’s 300,000 tons per year synthetic ammonia production facility. The expansion and renovation of the 300,000-ton/year synthetic ammonia production facility represents a major strategic decision by Xiangfeng Group at this new historical milestone. Leveraging the advantages and experience accumulated over 30 years of development, the project involves an investment of 1.8 billion yuan, covers an area of 186 mu, and is designed to have an annual synthetic ammonia production capacity of 300,000 tons. The project eliminates outdated production capacity by employing two-stage conversion technology as well as advanced and mature purification and ammonia synthesis processes, achieving fully automated, precise, intensive, and standardized production. It is currently the ammonia synthesis manufacturing enterprise in China with the highest level of modern equipment and the most advanced design concepts.
