2017 passed in the blink of an eye; during that year I was engaged in production technology management. The tasks involved were somewhat fragmented, but I gained a lot from it. The work summary for this year is as follows: In accordance with the department’s responsibilities, I am mainly in charge of monitoring equipment consumption, catalyst performance, operational abnormalities, and accident management. At the same time, advanced technologies are being introduced into ammonia synthesis processes to reduce operating costs. Strictly control the process parameters during daily operation, optimize the operating conditions of the unit, actively carry out cost optimization efforts, regularly conduct performance tests on the unit, and conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of catalysts, heat exchangers, and various process indicators. Strengthen the technical training and supervision of emergency response plans and start-up/shutdown procedures to improve the technical skills of operators, ensuring the safe, stable, and economic operation of the facility. Actively participate in tasks such as defect resolution and major overhauls of the equipment. During the major overhauls, I actively monitored the progress of the repairs, ensured process safety during these overhauls, and organized and coordinated the inspection of valves to address any internal leakage issues. I participated in numerous start-up and shutdown operations of the plant, and my technical skills improved significantly through this experience. Additionally, this year I was involved in the commissioning of new projects, handling tasks from installation and debugging to cleaning and purging, as well as individual and combined tests. Many installation issues were identified in a timely manner, which eliminated potential problems and earned unanimous praise from all parties involved. A year passes by in what seems like too short a time, and during that year I gradually became more aware of my own shortcomings. In technical management, due to limited access to advanced information, there is a lack of innovation in the work; instead, reliance on existing practices and adherence to established rules prevails. After going through this year of experience, I hope to continue doing my job well in the future, to achieve outstanding results in my daily work, and to bring more benefits to both the company and myself.
