In the spring of the Bingwu year, China Coal Jiu Xin Chemical presented a report on its performance during this new season, showing a strong start to the first quarter: the daily production of urea exceeded 900 tons, while that of liquid ammonia surpassed 600 tons. The production volumes of these two products both reached their highest levels ever since the plant was established! This breakthrough not only secured a favorable start for high-quality development throughout the year, but also serves as strong proof of the company’s commitment to focusing on its core business and leveraging precise scheduling to fully exploit the potential of its manufacturing processes. The company focuses on the entire production process, and through a series of precise control measures, it ensures an adequate supply of raw materials for its key equipment and optimizes the flow of resources: it upgrades the hydrogen and nitrogen supply system to achieve a steady increase in the amount of raw gas available ； Key performance indicators have been optimized: the methane content at the outlet of the conversion furnace is kept strictly below 0.4%, the CO₂ content in the gas purified by the decarburization absorber is reduced to below 0.1%, and the methane content in the syngas is improved from 18%-23% to 14%-20%, thereby significantly enhancing the reaction efficiency of the synthesis tower. As the record was set, it was also a collaborative effort to \"seek efficiency through management\". Introduction to China Coal Jiuxin: China Coal Jiuxin Coking Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Coal Jiuxin) is a state-owned holding enterprise registered in January 2004. It is a large-scale modern coking enterprise jointly invested in and constructed by China Coal Coking Holdings Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Coal Group Corporation, and Lingshi Jiuxin Coal & Coke Co., Ltd. The company is located within the Duanchun Industrial Park in Lingshi County. This project is a key initiative for the adjustment of the circular economy structure in Shanxi Province’s coking industry and resource integration sector; it represents a large-scale coal-coking-electricity project invested in Shanxi Province by central enterprises under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The company is equipped with modern production facilities, advanced manufacturing processes, and comprehensive environmental protection systems, meeting the requirements of **industry policies and sustainable development. China Coal Jiu Xin Coking Co., Ltd. is a key project for the development of the coking industry in Shanxi Province as well as for the adjustment of the circular economy structure through comprehensive resource utilization. It is also one of the key projects under the province’s eight coking industrial parks, and it belongs to the third group of enterprises identified by the provincial government as part of its \"three major groups\" of enterprises. The company currently has the capacity to produce 2 million tons of coke, 93,000 tons of tar, 26,000 tons of ammonium sulfate, 28,000 tons of crude benzene, and 2,000 tons of sulfur per year. Meanwhile, its annual electricity generation amounts to 82.78 million kWh. To date, the company has accumulated a total of 158.16 million yuan in value-added tax and 69.33 million yuan in corporate income tax, amounting to 220 million yuan in total – a record high. The company’s integrated coking project with an annual capacity of 2 million tons has now been fully put into operation. The 20,000 kW gas power plant is also in service. The project has created over 1,500 job opportunities, significantly promoting the rapid development of the coal, coke, chemical, and power industries in Jinzhong City and even throughout Shanxi Province. It has also enhanced the comprehensive utilization rate of resources within the coking industry at the provincial, municipal, and county levels, yielding substantial social and economic benefits. This project has been designated by the People’s Government of Shanxi Province as a key coking project at the provincial level, among the eight major coking industrial parks. On December 30, 2005, China Coal Jiu Xin Company was designated as a training base for college students’ employment in Shanxi Province by the Provincial Youth League Committee, Education Department, Development and Reform Commission, Federation of Industry and Commerce, Bureau of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and Provincial Students’ Federation.
