After MVR evaporation and three-effect treatment of the glyphosate mother liquor, is the specific gravity of the concentrated solution not meeting the requirements?

At present, our company’s method for treating glyphosate mother liquor involves catalytic oxidation using an ECO unit, which converts the organic phosphorus in the mother liquor into inorganic phosphorus while reducing the COD level. Subsequently, devices such as ammonia evaporation, crystallization separation, MVR, and incineration are used to separate out most of the ammonia nitrogen, phosphates, sodium chloride, and water, so as to make full use of them. However, at present, the specific gravity of the glyphosate mother liquor after MVR evaporation and three-effect treatment is around 1.3; sodium pyrophosphate is produced by incinerating this concentrated solution. How can the specific gravity of this concentrated solution be increased to 1.5 through process improvements or equipment adjustments? Do any of you sea friends have any good suggestions or opinions?
