The high-pressure system uses the CO2 stripping method, and granulation is carried out via a fluidized bed process to produce large particles; with single-stage evaporation, what should be the formaldehyde content in the output from the high-pressure system?
There is no formaldehyde in the output from high-pressure systems; the amount of formaldehyde consumed per ton of urea is generally 14–15 KG
