There is a leak in the methanol ammonia cooling system, and crystallization has occurred in the first stage of the chiller. The leak is not severe at present; how can we determine which part of the methanol ammonia cooling system is leaking?
It’s hard to judge if isolation isn’t possible; stop and check it
Check which ammonia-cooled heat exchanger is not functioning properly, or use the ammonia discharge level gauge to determine which one has too much methanol; in a normal situation, there should be no liquid in the discharge level gauge
