Project Name and Overview Project Name: Project for the Upgrade and Transformation of Ammonia Synthesis Units Using Pressurized Gasification Technology Project Overview: Shandong Jinmei Riyue Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock enterprise whose main business is coal chemical processing, combining coal chemistry with fine chemical production. The company is located in the chemical industry park in Di Town, Jinan City, covering an area of 667,000 m2. It has more than 1,723 employees, including 350 engineering and technical personnel. The main content of this project is to use coal crushing under pressure gasification plus water-coal slurry gasification (as a backup method) to replace the existing batch gasification process for producing raw coal gas. This raw coal gas is then processed through shift cooling, low-temperature methanol washing, and liquid nitrogen washing to obtain high-quality feed gas suitable for ammonia synthesis, thereby producing liquid ammonia. A 100,000 tons per year hydrogen peroxide production facility will also be built as part of this setup.
