Leak in the synthetic ammonia water cooler

A leak has been detected in the water cooler, with the ammonia nitrogen level on the circulating water side reaching 20 ppm. Replacement is planned; please provide a process handling plan. Thank you!
Stop the machine and close the inlet and outlet valves of the water cooler. Empty the contents in the water cooler and install blind flanges at the valves. Steam cooking, sample test passed; replace the core or repair leaks
After passing the parking replacement test, conduct inspections and repairs.
There are no valves for import and export; the entire system needs to be replaced
It was definitely done on the 2nd floor: parking – there is a manual valve behind the hot gas exchanger to shut it off; pressure is released from the synthesis tower, followed by selective displacement for cooling – the synthesis circuit is depressurized and isolated – nitrogen is added via drainage, the high-pressure ammonia stream is vented at the front, and steam is added to the bottom of the high-pressure ammonia stream for uniform heating. It is estimated that two days will be required for the replacement to be completed
