In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Interim Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment), a second public notice regarding public participation in the environmental impact assessment is now issued to solicit opinions and suggestions from all sectors of society on the environmental impacts of this project as well as related environmental protection measures.
