The equipment is like a giant; its highest point when loaded onto a vehicle as well as its width both exceed 7 meters, which far exceeds the limits of road transportation, making delivery extremely difficult. After consultations and adjustments among all parties, it was decided to use a combined water and land transport method; ultimately, the ship was successfully unloaded at the dock and delivered to the designated location. The equipment has a large diameter, and with coils wrapped around it throughout its structure, the limited space makes lifting it very difficult. To ensure a successful single lift at the dock, the equipment team conducted thorough discussions in advance on various aspects, including plan approval, vehicle positioning, planning for lifting operations, coordination with relevant parties, suggestions for equipment transportation, on-site layout coordination, personnel scheduling, and the implementation of quality and safety measures. Gu Zhaohui, the deputy technical director of Jiujiang Company, and Chen Min, the assistant to the general manager, went to the site to supervise the equipment lifting process. After nearly an hour and a half of lifting efforts, a section of the evaporation separator was safely and smoothly lifted onto the transport vehicle. However, due to the large diameter and high center of gravity of the equipment, there is a high risk of the vehicle tipping over with the slightest carelessness. To ensure safe transportation along the route, the security staff from Jiujiang Company provided escort throughout the journey, cleared traffic on the roads as needed, and directed traffic, enabling the vehicles to enter the factory area successfully and reach their designated locations safely.
