Companies are generally indifferent, resulting in limited deals. The market price of methanol in central Shandong remains stable at 1,710–1,890 yuan per ton ex-warehouse in cash terms; trading sentiment is moderate, with most parties adopting a wait-and-see approach. The bidding price in the methanol market in northern Jiangsu remains stable at 1,760–1,800 yuan per ton in cash terms; most offers are on the table, but there is little actual trading as companies tend to wait and observe. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region is operating steadily for now. Hubei-based companies remain steady in their quotes; the ex-plant reference price is 1820–1900 yuan per ton in cash terms, with weak buying demand ； The Hunan market remained stable at 1,960–1,980 yuan/ton in cash terms, with light trading activity. The methanol market in Fujian region saw a slight increase; import suppliers in the main storage areas proposed a price rise of 20 yuan/ton, bringing the price to around 1900–1920 yuan/ton including taxes.
