In Linyi, local goods are available at around 1500–1510 yuan per ton, without invoices, and there are no goods available through logistics at the moment. Futures continue to drop, with traders on the sidelines. In the Dongying area of Shandong Province, there are no discussions taking place in the methanol market at the moment; most parties are waiting to see what prices are offered by the main production areas before entering into any negotiations. The discussed price for the weekend is 1,490–1,500 yuan per ton, ex-works and in cash. The market price of methanol in central Shandong remains stable at 1,460–1,630 yuan per ton ex-warehouse in cash terms; there are no transactions at the moment, with most parties waiting to see what happens. Quotations in the methanol market in northern Jiangsu have dropped by 40-50 yuan per ton, reaching around 1520-1530 yuan per ton in cash terms; futures prices have once again hit new lows, and companies lack the confidence to hold their positions. The methanol market in the Two Lakes region remains stable as investors wait and observe. Peripheral markets are declining, and the futures market has seen sharp drops. Enterprises in Hubei have maintained stable pricing; the actual ex-factory price is around 1600–1640 yuan per ton in cash terms. In the Hunan market, there is a tendency to wait and see, with no new prices announced yet. Negotiated prices are around 1700–1720 yuan per ton, but no actual transactions have taken place. The methanol market in Fujian region is declining; in some of the main storage areas, negotiations are taking place at prices around 1650 yuan per ton, a decrease of 30 yuan per ton, and the atmosphere in these negotiations is sluggish.
