Date: April 20, 2020 Clicks: 111 In order to further study and plan the progress of this project and to ensure its timely completion, a meeting regarding the “40.60” project was held on the morning of April 16th in the conference room on the fifth floor of the administrative building. Kang Shuxin, Chief Engineer of the Coal Chemicals Division of Jinmei Group, and Yuan Fengzhen, Director of the Coal Chemicals Research Institute, led a delegation to attend the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Kang Shuxin, the chief engineer of the Coal Chemicals Division of Jinmei Group. The meeting heard a report from Wang Jingguang, the deputy general manager of Hengsheng Company, on the overall progress of the industrial park project. Xue Zhen, the general manager of the company, provided an overview of the company and the basic details of the project, focusing on aspects such as the project’s production process, financing arrangements, contract signing, staffing situation, related-party transactions, and solar thermal boilers. The participants discussed in detail the issues encountered during the advancement of the “40.60” project, and put forward targeted suggestions and opinions. Since the launch of Jiangsu Hengsheng Company’s “40·60” project, with the support and assistance of the group company and the Coal Chemicals Division, all employees of the company have worked together to overcome a series of challenging issues such as approval for environmental impact assessments and coal quotas, enabling the project to progress in an orderly manner. All preliminary administrative approvals for the project have been completed, the process packages as well as certain patented equipment have been finalized, and the preliminary design is currently in progress. The participants agreed that, through thorough research and repeated analysis and evaluation, this project has solid preliminary work and comprehensive consideration. For the raw coal and fuel coal used in the project, Shanxi anthracite must be the sole preferred choice; the various key technical parameters of the gasifier need to be determined through comprehensive consideration during the design phase. The meeting also saw discussions on the need to accelerate the establishment of new companies, digital delivery, and smart factories; the funding issues following the closure of the second factory and **support during the transition period; issues related to balancing funds for project construction; and the equity structure of the new companies. President Kang expressed his approval of all the efforts involved in the construction of the Hengsheng project. He emphasized that the purpose of research is to explore. We must focus on acting early; doing things promptly not only reduces costs but also shortens time. A communication mechanism needs to be established to launch the project as soon as possible and leverage the advantages of the group company. Before the meeting, leaders such as Kang Shuxin, the chief engineer of the Coal Chemicals Division, along with leaders including Xue Zhen, our company’s general manager, went to the construction site of the “40·60” project to inspect the progress of its construction.
